Try this unique concept in eye liners! Just wet your eye liner brush and dip into the loose powder eye liner and apply. You will be amazed at how this liner will stay fresh looking all day long. No smudging! This would replace a liquid eyeliner if you're used to it. You can also review their eyeshadows as copper, slate and lavender dust would also be a wonderful liner.
